About Grayway Construction

Grayway Construction Limited is solely owned by Andy Gray. Andy first started in business in 1985, with a small building company and has gradually expanded into commercial work and major residential projects. The company is currently pursuing Project Managment and Construction work in relation to Commercial Projects, in particular Factory/Warehousing, Offices and Hi-Rise Apartments. Andy is the past President of Auckland Registered Master Builders Association.
Grayway Team

Grayway’s construction and project management excellence has been recognised within the industry on the award winning Latitude 37 Apartment Complex. The luxury apartments are a testimony to the company’s skills and workmanship. Grayway has won various awards at the Master Builders House of the Year Competition, which endorses quality in construction.

Partnerships have been formed with various parties, for the development of various projects. Grayway is a preferred contractor (tenderer) for Housing New Zealand projects, including the major Redevelopment programme. Housing New Zealand’s Healthy Housing Programme includes the refurbishing of 15-20 homes per year. This work continues.
